Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end ITAD and data center decommissioning projects, ensuring seamless execution, compliance, and strong customer outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in delivering secure, efficient, and revenue-generating solutions while helping reduce e-waste and support the circular economy.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ITAD and data center decommissioning projects

• Manage field teams, logistics, and transportation workflows

• Ensure secure chain of custody and compliance with R2v3 & NIST 800-88

• Own project timelines, budgets, and customer communication

• Oversee inventory tracking, serial capture, and reporting deliverables

• Solve problems in real-time and drive projects to completion without disruption

• Partner internally to maximize asset recovery value for clients

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing complex projects (ITAD, data center, logistics, or similar)

• Strong background in operations, logistics, or field services

• Familiarity with IT hardware, data centers, or asset lifecycle services

• Knowledge of R2v3 / NIST 800-88 (a plus)

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven

• Strong communicator who can lead teams and manage customer expectations

Location & Travel: This role is based in Atlanta & Tampa.
